Operating environment, dimensions, stress, and batch quantities are reviewed. NeoVale identifies how the component interacts with the wider machine.
The approach
NeoVale selects the production route, specifies engineering polymers, and schedules prototype validation when dimensions or assemblies require confirmation.
The solution
With the design confirmed, parts are manufactured, checked with measurement instruments, and prepared for dispatch with batch traceability.

I am Felipe Nakamura, founder of NeoVale. My background is in industrial maintenance and automation engineering. That background shapes the first question we ask on every order: what does this part do within the machine? This approach is what we study, test, and apply to every custom project.
