These terms apply to all custom engineering projects and are incorporated into commercial proposals. They define lead times, payment terms, revision rounds, part branding, and 3D CAD file ownership.
Delivery schedules and payment milestones are established in writing before project commencement.
For individual orders, an initial deposit of 50% enters the part into the production queue, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. For corporate accounts, payment terms adapt to the client's internal procurement processes (such as net 15/30 invoicing or corporate purchase orders) and are formalized in writing prior to production.
Upon project completion, the client may request dimensional or geometric adjustments. Two revision rounds are included in the agreed investment and cover the vast majority of fitment cases. Consolidating required adjustments into a single feedback round accelerates turnaround. Revisions beyond two rounds are quoted prior to execution.
For product delivery, the client may choose between on-site collection, regional delivery within the Paraíba Valley, or carrier shipment with parcel tracking across Brazil. Freight costs are itemized separately in the commercial proposal.
Specified in the commercial proposal prior to manufacturing as contractual terms.
NeoVale may document the technical case in its engineering portfolio 90 days after delivery, without identifying the client. Client identification by name requires prior agreement, and the client may request removal from portfolio archives at any time.
Discontinued components, parts no longer supplied by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), or parts integrated within imported machinery: NeoVale reverse-engineers the component from physical samples, dimension by dimension, and confirms mechanical fitment before series manufacturing.
The client receives the component as a non-original technical replacement part, bearing neither the OEM trademark nor NeoVale branding, unless specifically requested in writing. This condition is stated in the proposal.
