Parts with a defined technical function: replacement parts for discontinued machines, gears, brackets, housings, machinery adapters, and production tooling. We also take on projects where the client already has a ready CAD file (STEP or STL), as well as repeat production runs. The deciding factor is application utility: dimensions, mechanical stress, operating temperature, and required detail.

STEP, STL, 3MF, and F3D files are preferred. Dimensioned technical drawings, CAD files from Inventor or SolidWorks, and clear photos with calipers also work. If you do not have CAD files, describe the part and we take it from there.

Yes. NeoVale models parts from dimensioned drawings, hand sketches, measured photos, or worn physical parts. CAD modeling can also be contracted independently if you only require the engineering model. Intellectual property and file transfer rights are stated in the proposal.

In most cases, yes. Prismatic and mechanical geometries are reconstructed dimension by dimension. Complex or organic surfaces are reconstructed using specialized 3D tools from multi-angle photographs, and you review the model prior to fabrication.

Up to 250 mm in each axis as a monolithic component. Parts exceeding this envelope are engineered into interlocking modules with designed alignment pins and internal joints, maintaining assembly strength.

Pricing depends on part geometry, material volume, machine runtime, batch quantity, and surface finishing requirements. There is no flat rate. After reviewing the application, NeoVale issues a quote with scope, lead time, and validity. Prototype validation and batch production are quoted as separate line items.

Initial responses are sent within 4 business hours. Quotes for ready 3D files are delivered within 24 business hours; quotes requiring CAD reconstruction or modeling take up to 48 business hours.

Production lead times are stated in the commercial proposal and counted in business days from confirmation of deposit. Proposals are valid for 7 days for individual orders and 30 days for corporate accounts.

Yes. NeoVale issues official Brazilian electronic invoices (NF-e) for all physical parts and goods shipped across Brazil. Corporate registration and tax data are included in every commercial proposal.
